Addressing the challenges of complex pollution and precise cleaning:
Eyepieces are prone to be affected by various contaminants during the production process. Machining residues include polishing particles (such as cerium oxide, diamond micro-powder), metal chips, and residues of cutting fluid/coolant.
Surface treatment can also result in coating material debris and photoresist/mask residues. Environmental pollution should not be ignored either. Dust, fibers, fingerprints and skin oils may all affect the cleanliness of the eyepiece.
These pollutants not only affect the appearance of the eyepiece, but more importantly, they will reduce its optical performance and service life. Traditional cleaning methods are difficult to thoroughly remove these contaminants, especially nanoscale particles and oily contaminants.

The VGT-1209FH from VGT adopts multi-frequency ultrasonic technology (28KHZ/40KHZ/80KHZ are optional), which can effectively remove nano-scale particles, grease and polishing powder and other contaminants from the surface of the eyepiece.

This cleaning basket frame can be adapted to the irregular structure of the eyepiece and is fixed with non-metallic fixtures (such as PP/FPA materials) to avoid vibration, friction or obstruction of the cleaning surface.
The equipment offers a multi-tank segmented cleaning configuration, such as pre-washing - ultrasonic cleaning - rinsing - slow drawing dehydration - drying. This segmented processing method enhances the cleaning efficiency and reduces the possibility of cross-contamination.
The precise temperature control and time control system is also a major highlight of this equipment. The heating system maintains a constant temperature of the cleaning solution (30-60℃), enhancing the activity of the cleaning agent.
