Three, VGT-107FT optical ultrasonic cleaning machine configuration:
Ultrasonic generator (control box) : Ultrasonic generator is the working part that generates electromagnetic oscillation signal and provides energy. It can generate ultrasonic electrical signal higher than 28KHZ and provide it to the transducer.
Transducer: the electromagnetic vibration signal generated by the ultrasonic transducer is converted into a kind of ultrasonic vibration of the transducer itself, which is to convert a kind of energy into another kind of energy. In the application of the cleaning machine, the ultrasonic transducer is applied to convert electric energy into acoustic energy.
Cleaning tank: place the workpiece and solution to be cleaned.
Rinsing tank: Used to remove residual cleaning solution of the workpiece being cleaned.
Liquid storage tank: ensure operation safety and prevent liquid volatilization. The liquid level control is set in the box, and the circulating pump is automatically closed without liquid and the sound and light alarm is given. Equipped with drain valve, can directly drain the liquid.
Water soluble solvent ultrasonic cleaning tank body structure function: independent cleaning tank, structure for sawtooth type four sides overflow. The floating matter in the tank flows into the liquid storage tank through the overflow port, and then pumped into the cleaning tank for use after filtration.
Automatic constant temperature heating system: heating and automatically control the temperature of each tank cleaning liquid, in order to achieve the best requirements of the cleaning process.
Throwing system: due to the variety of cleaning workpiece, especially there are more small parts and a certain amount of cleaning, so in order to ensure the cleaning effect, the workpiece needs to be in the process of cleaning in the liquid to keep up and down movement, so that there is a gap between the workpiece, easy to play the role of ultrasonic, while liquid and workpiece surface friction, can improve the cleaning speed and effect.
Transducer plate: The shell of the transducer plate is made of corrosion-resistant imported stainless steel and welded into a sealed box with argon arc welding process. The transducer is installed in the box, and the ultrasonic power supply provided by the ultrasonic source is introduced into the energy exchange box through the high-frequency cable. The transducer is converted into mechanical vibration through the piezoelectric chip and radiated into the cleaning liquid.
Electric control cabinet: located in front of the cleaning tank, integrated with the cleaning system. Operation panel centralized installation of each control switch, such as: press button, indicator light, instrument indicator, time, pump, fan, heater, drive motor, temperature controller, etc. The operation is simple, intuitive, beautiful and generous. The control cabinet is equipped with ultrasonic generation system, relay, air switch, transformer and so on.
Four, VGT-1007FT optical ultrasonic cleaning machine maintenance work:
1. Check whether the liquid level of each liquid storage tank is in the specified position. When each circulating pump is started, the drop of the liquid level of each liquid storage tank should be observed.
2. If the filter is blocked, the pointer of the pressure gauge moves up, and the inner filter element is replaced after determining the maximum standard.
3. The shaking motor should be lubricated once every three months.
4. The heater surface of each groove should be cleaned in a certain period.
5, each temperature regulator to check, debugging.
6. Clean the inside of the cold drain pipe regularly, otherwise the scale is easy to knot in the pipe, and the diameter of the pipe becomes thinner, so that the cooling effect decreases.
