Process Description:

The microorganisms, colloids and organic matter in the raw water accumulate with each other under the action of electric charge to the large particle flocs, which quickly precipitates and quickly A precipitate is formed and the glue is easily removed by the filter to achieve the purpose of purifying the water. Generally, the dosage is 2~5ppm.
The water treatment system of the project is composed of pretreatment system, reverse osmosis system, EDI electric desalination system and polishing mixed bed. The pretreatment capacity is 15T/Hr. The pretreatment system is mainly used to remove suspended solids and colloids in raw water. Silicon, organic matter, residual chlorine and impurities to prevent raw water from contaminating the reverse osmosis membrane; the secondary reverse osmosis part is the main demineralizer, removing most of the dissolved solids, colloidal silicon and organic matter in the raw water, so that the pre-desalting system The water production meets the EDI water requirement and can remove the TOC from the water; the EDI continuous electric desalination equipment further desalinates the reverse osmosis water to achieve a new level of water ion removal rate; The pure water system further demineralizes. Technical training arrangements:
